Uniform rules for the preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory have been approved

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 112 dated 02.02.2024 approved the Rules for the preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory.

Preparation of documentation is carried out on the basis of decisions of authorized federal executive authorities, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies, making a decision on approval of documentation on the layout of the territory, making changes to such documentation, canceling such documentation or its individual parts, recognizing individual parts of such documentation as not applicable, as well as preparing and approving the project planning of the territory in relation to the territories of historical settlements of federal and regional significance.

The recommended assignment form for the development of documentation on the planning of the territory and the rules for filling out this form (Appendices No. 1, 2 of the Rules) have been approved

Deadlines have been set that must be observed by authorized bodies when passing all procedures accompanying the development and approval of documentation on the layout of the territory

The rules come into force on 09/01/2024 and are valid until 08/31/2030.
