Marat Aizatullin reported on the current work on capital repair programs

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic, reported on the progress of major repairs of socio-cultural facilities, hydraulic structures and apartment buildings within the framework of republican and federal programs at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.

This year 185 facilities will be repaired within the framework of the national project "Education", 2 state and 4 republican programs. As of today, contracts have been signed for 10 facilities out of 21 kindergartens. Of the 51 schools, boarding schools, cadet corps and educational centers, contracts have been signed for 35 institutions. Of the 15 dormitories for secondary vocational institutions, 3 facilities were traded at the end of February, and 12 will be contracted by the end of April. All 94 catering units in schools will be contracted on March 25. In terms of the traded facilities, work is underway on 6 kindergartens, 10 schools and educational centers, 4 resource centers and 2 dormitories.

137 facilities under the national project and 2 republican programs are included in the Healthcare industry. Of these, contracts were signed for all 82 paramedic and obstetric points at the end of February, and all 25 polyclinics were also traded. Of the 30 hospitals, 17 contracts have been signed. In terms of the traded facilities, work is underway on 44 FAPs, 11 polyclinics and 13 hospitals.

In the field of Culture, work is underway on the art school in the Sarmanovsky district and on the rural house of culture in the Sabinsky district. Work on the remaining facilities will begin at the end of March.

27 youth policy facilities are included in the national project and 4 republican programs. To date, 3 out of 7 youth centers have been awarded contracts – the dynamics over the past 2 weeks has been plus 2 facilities. Of the 9 children's health camps, state contracts were concluded for 4 facilities. For 6 youth clubs and 5 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance, the contract will be held until March 18. Construction and installation work has begun on 3 children's camps. Work on 1 more contracted camp in the Alkeevsky district will begin on March 15.

In the field of Ecology, within the framework of the republican and federal programs, repairs of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds and cleaning of lakes are carried out. They include 21 objects. The performance of work on 9 environmental facilities is 16%. Work will begin on the remaining 12 sites by the end of April.

Also, the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings has been adjusted, a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic has been developed, which is under interdepartmental approval. 106 apartment buildings are additionally included in the program. The amount of funding for the program is 8 billion 468 million rubles.

To date, contractors have been identified for 645 facilities. Work has already begun on 197 houses in 21 municipalities.
