The II REBUS 2024 International Forum will bring together leading experts, representatives of government, business and the scientific community to discuss topical issues of agglomeration development. The event will be held on July 10-11 in Kazan at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
REBUS 2024 will become an important platform for developing solutions to improve the management mechanisms of agglomerations, as well as to improve interaction between them at the international level. The forum will bring together 450 speakers and experts from more than 15 countries, including participants from the CIS and BRICS+. In total, over 3,000 guests will take part in the forum.
The participants will discuss legal regulation, social, economic, environmental, historical and cultural aspects, as well as infrastructural and urban planning challenges of modern urban agglomerations.
The federal competition in the field of urban planning and master planning "REBUS" will be held within the framework of the forum. The winners will be announced in three categories: "The best master plan for the development of the agglomeration", "The best implementation of the master plan for the development of the agglomeration" and "The best solution within the framework of the implementation of the master plan for the development of the city".
Also, a specialized exhibition will be held at the event site, which will showcase the best international and Russian practices in the field of urban planning. They will be presented by design and spatial planning organizations
The REBUS 2024 audience covers a wide range of specialists, including representatives of government agencies, construction and development companies, architects, as well as students of specialized universities. The organizers of the forum are the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan – with the support and participation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation and other federal agencies, development institutions.
