Alexey Frolov reported on the implementation of capital repair programs in the republic

Alexey Frolov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on how programs in the construction industry are being implemented in Tatarstan at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

In Tatarstan, 185 facilities are in operation in the education sector - within the framework of the National Project "Education", two state and four republican programs. As of today, work is underway in 7 kindergartens (21% completion). Work is scheduled to begin on 3 sites in April.

Contractors have started work on 15 sites – these are schools and educational centers. Work will begin on another 20 sites during the holidays. The performance of work on 4 resource centers reached 19%. Work continues on 2 dormitories (completion - 8%).

Of the 137 healthcare facilities in the part of the traded facilities, work is being carried out at 42 paramedic and obstetric stations (24% completed). Work will begin on 40 sites by the end of April.

Of the 25 polyclinics, work is underway at 15 (11% completion). The repair of the polyclinic in the village of Sarmanovo has been completed this week. Work will begin on 9 sites by the end of April.

Of the 24 hospitals, work is underway at 18. Construction and installation work has reached 12%.

There are 24 objects in operation in the cultural sector. Thus, the performance of work in 5 children's art schools is 19%. For 5 other cultural institutions, the fulfillment was 13%.

There are 27 facilities in the field of youth policy. As of today, work is underway in 6 children's camps (completion - 6%). Work on 1 more contracted camp in Kazan will begin on March 25.

Work has also begun on 3 teen clubs (completion - 8%).

In the field of ecology, within the framework of the republican and federal programs, repairs of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds and cleaning of lakes are carried out. There are 21 objects in total. As of today, work is underway on 10 sites (20% completion). Work on the remaining 11 sites will begin by the end of April.

The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan are implementing one republican program.

Thus, work is being carried out at 16 social service facilities (20% completion). It is planned to start work on 5 sites in the next two weeks, and on 6 more sites in May.

The completion of work on 6 forestry buildings amounted to 15%. Work on one remaining facility will begin in May.

At 10 facilities under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, work has been completed this week at one facility in Buinsk. Overall, the implementation of the program was 43%. Work will begin on the two remaining facilities by the end of April.

This week, work has begun on 5 sports facilities (completion - 6%). Work on the remaining facilities will begin in April.

Work is also underway in the republic at the facilities of the Rosgvardiya, in the buildings of magistrates, as well as in the buildings of municipal executive committees, etc.

During the meeting, Alexey Frolov reported on the overhaul of apartment buildings. He recalled that 763 houses are included in the program this year. The amount of funding for the program is 8 billion 468 million rubles.

Contractors have already been identified for 653 houses. In terms of the traded objects, work has begun on 252 apartment buildings in 28 municipalities. The performance of SMR is 8%, seasonal types of work – 3%.
