Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan: The overall housing construction plan has been completed by 42% - over 1.3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of housing construction programs, housing for certain categories of citizens, as well as on the beginning of work on the construction of socio-cultural facilities, public spaces and modernization of engineering infrastructure at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.

The overall housing construction plan was completed by 42% - 1 million 332 thousand square meters were commissioned. In the line of commercial construction, 11% of the planned volume was commissioned - 42 apartment buildings with a total area of 165 thousand square meters. m. In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan was fulfilled by 33%: 14 out of 56 houses were commissioned - for a total of 54 thousand square meters.m. As of today, 8 thousand 245 houses with an area of 1 million 113 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 74% of the annual plan.

This year, 84 young families living in 41 municipalities should purchase new housing. To date, all certificates have been handed over, preparations are underway to transfer funds to the personal accounts of the executive committees of municipalities.

In the category of "Large families with 5 or more children", it is planned to provide housing for 28 families. As of today, 26 certificates have been issued, the total area of residential premises is 2,329 sq.m.

There are 5 recipients among the internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims. Certificates have already been issued for them, and special bank accounts have been opened for all of them. Applicants select apartments.

Then the Minister reported on the implementation of republican and federal programs for the construction of social facilities, engineering infrastructure and improvement of public spaces. To date, contracts have been signed for two planned programs aimed at supporting housing construction.

In the Education sector, 4 schools and 1 kindergarten are planned to be built this year within the framework of two programs. To date, construction and installation work in 4 schools is 15%. Preparatory work is also underway for a kindergarten in the village.Apastovo.

4 programs are being implemented in the Healthcare sector. They include 48 FAPs. Work is underway on 41 sites. The total completion for all objects is 29%. 7 more will start before the end of May. In addition to the FAPs, work is planned on 5 other medical institutions. Of these, the work is organized into 3 objects. The overall performance is 36%. The remaining 2 medical institutions will be started by the end of May.

The "Youth Policy" branch includes 3 programs, of which only one contract remains to be concluded - in April. To date, work is underway on the construction of four children's camps. The fulfillment of them is 6%. Work will begin on the 2 remaining facilities by the end of April. This week, the construction of a youth center in the village began. Rybnaya Sloboda. The fulfillment of it is 3%.

In terms of the construction of sports facilities, two programs are being implemented this year. To date, work continues on two football arenas. Work will begin on the remaining 17 sites by the end of April. Also this week, the construction of the administrative building of the existing football field in the village began. Apastovo.

All three objects of the Culture industry are included in the passport of the state program "Integrated Rural Development". This week, the construction of a children's art school in the village of Rybnaya Sloboda began. To date, work has been organized at all three sites. The total performance of construction and installation works is 8%.

In the Ecology industry, within the framework of two federal programs, work continues on the reconstruction of Biological treatment facilities (78% completed), the reclamation of silt fields (66%) and the reclamation of lands disturbed by oil-containing pollution in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district (75%).

The improvement of 64 public spaces is planned within the framework of two programs. To date, all contracts for them have been concluded. The work will begin in early May. Marat Aizatullin said that from March 15 to April 30, a vote is being held on the choice of public spaces planned for improvement next year. Currently, over 142 thousand people have voted. The Minister called on the heads of municipalities, especially Kazan, to maximize efforts to inform the population about voting.

Work has started on the construction of 6 executive committees. There are 7 objects in total in the plans. The completion rate is 12%. The construction of the remaining executive committee in the Kukmor district will begin on April 1. There are also 7 comprehensive service points in operation. 13% of the work has been completed. The remaining 2 are scheduled to begin before the end of April.

This year, the networks are being updated according to five republican and two federal programs. It remains to conclude contracts only on the republican part until the end of April. Over the past two weeks, contracts have been signed for 32 facilities included in the Drinking Water Supply program. The work is scheduled to begin in April-May.

It is planned to start work on 7 objects of the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas" in April-May.

Of the 48 facilities included in the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, work is underway on 9. The total implementation of the program is 18%. Work on the remaining facilities will begin in April-May, after the end of the heating period.
