The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation summed up the results of legislative and regulatory work for 2023

The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation summed up the results of regulatory work in the field of construction and housing and communal services for 2023. State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Yuri Mutsenek spoke about the main sectoral laws adopted last year, and also highlighted the areas on which the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the State Duma and the Federation Council are actively working.

The issues of carrying out major repairs of the common property of an apartment building (MCD), which is an object of cultural heritage, have been resolved by law, in the field of housing and communal services, maintenance of gas equipment in the MCD should be carried out by a specialized organization on the basis of a contract. Also, by decision of the President of the Russian Federation, individuals in need of social support are exempt from paying a commission when paying for housing and communal services.

Further, the State Secretary - Deputy Minister identified the leading regions for the implementation of programs supervised by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation by the end of 2023.  The Republic of Tatarstan is the leader in the top five in the Incentive program within the framework of the federal Housing project of the national Housing and Urban Environment project.  In total, more than 110 million square meters were commissioned in Russia in 2023. m of housing.

Also within the framework of the event, awards were presented by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services and the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and Northern Affairs for services in highlighting the results of the construction industry and housing and communal services.
