In April, the Owner's Day starts in Russia
Every year in the second quarter in Russia, general meetings of owners (OSS) of apartment buildings are held. Various issues are submitted to the meeting, including consideration of the report on the management of the house, which most management organizations must provide to the owners by the end of the first quarter.
From April 13 to June 13, 2024, the Owner's Day project is being held in all regions of the Russian Federation. During this period, the participating management organizations will hold house—wide meetings of owners with voting in absentia using GIS housing and communal services. Owners will be able to familiarize themselves with the agenda, study the materials and vote in the Public Services application.At home or in your personal GIS housing and communal services account at a convenient time. The project is being carried out by Information System Operator JSC with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
Owners of apartments in houses in which management organizations will conduct electronic voting within the framework of the Owner's Day will receive a letter from Public Services. This way they won't miss the start of voting and will be able to download the Public Services app.The house, if you haven't done it yet. By downloading the application, the owner of the house where the voting is taking place will be able to familiarize himself with the agenda and the attached materials, and on the dates of the meeting, vote for the chosen decision. The duration of the meeting may range from 7 to 60 days. The system will count the votes automatically based on the data posted in it about the owners and the area of the premises. The user will also be able to see the voting results in the Public Services application.At home or in the personal account of GIS housing and communal services. And the protocols on the results of the last meeting will also be sent to the owners in the mailing list of Public Services.
The application of Public Services.The house, through which owners can vote, was created on the basis of the state housing and communal services information system (GIS Housing and Communal Services). The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery.
The Locolo housing solution service is actively continuing its work in the Republic of Tatarstan, where 1.5 thousand meetings of owners of apartment buildings were held in 2023. Through the application, a resident of the republic can communicate with neighbors and the management company (CC), receive the necessary services in the housing and communal services sector, participate in online meetings of residents, promote services as self-employed.
