Marat Aizatullin also informed about the implementation of 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens. The largest category is orphans, with a total of 621 recipients. To date, a state contract has been concluded for the purchase of 39 residential premises through co-financing from the federal budget.
The second largest category is young families: 84 recipients living in 41 municipalities should purchase new housing this year. To date, all certificates have been handed over to young families, and preparations are underway to transfer funds to the personal accounts of the executive committees of municipalities.
In the category "Large families with 5 or more children" certificates are issued for all 28 participants. The total area of residential premises is 2,642 square meters. meters.
In the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims, all 5 recipients are already choosing suitable housing for themselves.
Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko visited the construction site of the Football Development Center as part of a working visit to Kazan. Together with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Prime Minister assessed the progress of the construction of the facility.
The second route of the Kazan metro will connect five districts of the city: Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Novo-Savinovsky, Moskovsky and Kirovsky.
