The largest volume of housing rental is observed in individual housing construction – here the plan is fulfilled by 81%. 9060 houses with an area of 1 million 223 thousand square meters are ready.

 

11% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 42 apartment buildings with a total area of 165 thousand square meters. meters.

 

Annual obligations in terms of social mortgages have been fulfilled by 43%. 15 houses have been commissioned, the total area of which is 69 thousand square meters. meters. The 2024 program provides for the construction of 56 houses.

 

Marat Aizatullin also informed about the implementation of 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens. The largest category is orphans, with a total of 621 recipients. To date, a state contract has been concluded for the purchase of 39 residential premises through co-financing from the federal budget.

 

The second largest category is young families: 84 recipients living in 41 municipalities should purchase new housing this year. To date, all certificates have been handed over to young families, and preparations are underway to transfer funds to the personal accounts of the executive committees of municipalities.

 

In the category "Large families with 5 or more children" certificates are issued for all 28 participants. The total area of residential premises is 2,642 square meters. meters.
