Today in Moscow, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin took part in a meeting of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the direction "Construction, housing and communal services, urban environment". The event was held in the Chairman of the Commission, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Marat Khusnullin, as well as Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia Irek Fayzullin.
The meeting discussed the preparation of new national projects, taking into account the tasks set out in the Message of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
According to Rais, much attention will be paid to the new national project – "Infrastructure for life". It will reflect the issues of housing construction, development of communal infrastructure and landscaping.
"Russian President Vladimir Putin pays special attention to the development of the construction industry and housing and communal services. In his Message, he outlined the main directions of work until 2030 and identified new approaches to the implementation of national projects. The State Council of Russia and its commissions will play an important role in the implementation of the Message," Rustam Minnikhanov stressed.
In addition, the issue of mortgages, in particular family mortgages, was raised at the event. The Rais of the republic proposed to increase the maximum limit of a family mortgage based on the cost of housing in the region and a down payment of no more than 20%.
The topic of stable housing supply in the strongholds that form the economic potential of the country and the region was considered. As an example, Rustam Minnikhanov cited the Nizhnekamsk district, where about 1% of the total multi-apartment housing being built in the republic is currently under construction. New investment projects are being implemented and jobs are being created in Yelabuga and Mendeleevsk.
"We consider it necessary to support developers who implement housing projects in industrial centers where there is a shortage of supply," Rustam Minnikhanov said.
