The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the current state of affairs on housing construction programs at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan today.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

As of April 27, 1 million 882 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, the plan was fulfilled by 60%.

23% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 65 apartment buildings with a total area of 343.5 thousand square meters. m. In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 53%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 24 have been commissioned. Their total area is 85 thousand square meters. m. As of today, 10,769 houses with an area of 1 million 453 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 96% of the annual plan.
