Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan: Reduction of overdue debts is observed for management organizations of all municipalities

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and the debts of enterprises and organizations for supplied energy resources at a weekly meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

The level of collection of payments from the population for housing and communal services in the republic in March this year decreased by 2% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 98.6%.

 

In January-March of this year, the average level of collection of payments by the population in Tatarstan amounted to 96.7%. This is 0.5% higher than last year. The average annual level was 99.3%, which is 0.1% higher than in the same period of 2023.

 

The share of payments made in electronic format in the total volume reached 75.7%.

 

As for information on debts for consumed energy resources from organizations of the housing and communal complex, the amount of overdue debt for gas as of April 1, 2024 amounted to 225 million rubles. In comparison with the same period last year, a decrease of 16 million rubles is recorded.

 

In terms of electricity consumed, a decrease in the amount of debt by 14 million rubles is recorded for the year. As of April 1, 2024, the total amount of debt amounted to almost 32 million.

 

As of April 1, the debt of management organizations for thermal energy to Tatenergo Joint Stock Company decreased by 60 million rubles and amounted to 220 million rubles.

 

A decrease in overdue debts is observed for the management organizations of all municipalities.
