The issues of labor protection in construction were discussed today in the Republican Ministry of Construction

The meeting of the interdepartmental working group on labor protection in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

"The main cause of accidents in 2024 was falling from a height - 14 out of 15 cases. In order to prevent accidents, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of its powers, coordinates work in two directions: prevention and control," the Deputy Minister addressed the participants of the meeting.

Reports were made by representatives of construction organizations where accidents occurred.

Preventive work is carried out in close cooperation with municipalities, the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, self-regulatory organizations, the Inspectorate of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Labor Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Union of Builders of Russia, the Office of Rostechnadzor, state customers.
