Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported today on the results of the work of organizations of the fuel and energy complex and housing and communal services in the heating period of 2023/2024 and tasks for preparing for the heating period of 2024/2025. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. The meeting was attended by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
As the head of the Republican Ministry of Construction noted, as part of the work on the preparation of housing and communal and social facilities, 3,213 boiler houses, 17,829 apartment buildings and 7,685 socio-cultural facilities were prepared last year, including 3,257 educational facilities, 1,980 healthcare facilities, 1,914 cultural facilities, 260 sports facilities, 108 youth facilities, 166 social protection facilities. Passports of readiness for the heating period of 2023/2024 were received by all 45 municipalities on time. In this regard, the preparatory period for the 2023/2024 season has become the most successful in the last 10 years.
The duration of the heating period was 253 days, which is 2/3 of the calendar year. It started on September 12 and ended on May 22 of this year. Traditionally, first of all, heat was supplied to social facilities. The volume of thermal energy consumption in apartment buildings during this heating period amounted to 6 million 722 thousand gCal, which is comparable to the level of the previous heating period.
In preparation for the new heating season, a draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan has been developed, for the implementation of which a list of main tasks has been formed.
In order to control the preparation for the next heating period, meetings of the Republican Headquarters will be held every two weeks.
"Please pay attention to the timing of key events: it is necessary to obtain passports for consumers of thermal energy by September 1, 2024, passports for heat supply and heating grid organizations by November 1, 2024, it is necessary to obtain passports of readiness of municipalities by November 15, 2024," Marat Aizatullin addressed the audience.
