Marat Aizatullin spoke about the implementation of the construction program in the republic

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the current state of affairs on programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities, public spaces and modernization of the engineering infrastructure of the Republic within the framework of national projects, state and republican programs at a meeting at the Government House.

The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the republic. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also took part in the meeting.

Thus, according to the federal Housing program, the implementation is 13%, according to the state program "Integrated Rural development" - 12%.

In the field of education, construction and installation works account for 52% - the construction of 11 schools and shelters continues. In Crimea, construction and installation works for 10 kindergartens are closed by 38%.

In terms of the construction of facilities in the Healthcare industry, the performance of work on the construction of FAPs is 54%. For other medical institutions, 46% completed construction and installation work.

Work continues on the construction of 4 football arenas for the objects of the sports industry. Job satisfaction reaches 12%. Work is also underway on 9 universal sites. The total completion of the program is 11%. Within the framework of the state program "integrated rural development", the construction of a ski roller track in Kukmor and the administrative building of the existing football field in the village continues. Apastovo. 11% of the work has been completed.

In the field of Youth Policy, 5 children's camps are being built within the framework of the republican program. The completion rate is 26%. Over the past two weeks, the facility in the Kukmor district has been completed. The construction of a youth center in the village has been closed by 19%. Rybnaya Sloboda, which is included in the federal program.

The contractors are working on all three objects in the "Culture" industry. The black obelisk is closed by 29%.

According to the objects of the ecology branch, work is underway on the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities (81% completed), the reclamation of silt fields (67%) and the reclamation of lands disturbed by oil-containing pollution in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district (80%).

The construction of executive committees (43%) and comprehensive public service points (62%) continues. This week, contractors completed work on a comprehensive service point in the Menzelinsky district.

Traditionally, a large amount of funds is allocated for the improvement of public spaces within the framework of republican and federal funds. Of the 64 facilities, work is underway on 52. The total completion of the program is 15%.

A separate block of republican and federal programs is occupied by facilities for the modernization of engineering infrastructure. As part of the republican programs, work is underway to provide drinking water to the population at 31 facilities in 25 districts. The execution of the program reached 27%. Over the past two weeks, work has been completed on 13 sites in 12 municipalities. According to the program of modernization of sewage treatment plants and major repairs of sewerage networks, contractors are working on 8 sites.  9% of the total amount of work has been completed. The contractors have also started implementing a program for the reconstruction and overhaul of gas consumption networks. The execution according to it is 4%. This week, work has been completed at the facility in the Alekseevsky district.

In the federal part, work continues on the program "modern appearance of rural areas". 28% of the total amount of work has been completed. The implementation of the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure is 44%. Work is underway at 30 sites. Work on the remaining facilities will begin by the end of June.
