The program on the construction of administrative housing complexes for local police officers has been realized in Tatarstan since this year. The program provides for the construction of houses in which a local point of police and an apartment for a police officer are combined. The total area of a standard complex is 95.03 square meters, where a non-residential premise occupies 21.82 square meters, and 73.21 square meters will be occupied by a house of a police officer (3 rooms and a kitchen-dining room).
Main objectives of the implementation of the program is the creation of comfortable working conditions for local police officers, the possibility of their accommodation directly on served administrative sites, ensuring, in the conditions of the last optimization of regular number of police officers, the presence of authorities at each remote settlement, their round-the-clock availability to the population. The standard project of the complex was developed by the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan together with the heads of the municipal areas considered the allocation of the land plots for the construction of this housing, taking into account the supply of utilities and existence of social infrastructure (schools, kindergartens) and the possibility of the individual share of the municipalities in the construction.
Today, during the opening of a new administrative housing complex, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov noted the Republic implemented many various social programs both in cities and rural areas. “However, this event is a special one. A local police officer is not only a representative of law enforcement agencies, in rural areas he is a representative of all the power as such. This is a real population’s attitude to this person”, emphasized the Prime Minister.
According to Ildar Khalikov, a local police officer traditionally both keeps order and organizes many other processes in the village. “Therefore, we made the decision on the implementation of this program by means of various sources”, said the Prime Minister of Tatarstan.
84 similar houses are being built in the Republic. “And it is good that the today's object is an example of how such house can be built adequately, beautifully and qualitatively”, - said Ildar Khalikov.
He thanked builders, Minister of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Khokhorin and wished the fastest implementation of the entire program.
