The headquarters for preparation for the heating period was held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

The meeting was held by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.

Operational data on preparation for the heating period 2024-2025 was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

According to the data entered by municipal districts into the Housing Stock Monitoring system, 2,828 boiler houses are ready today, which is 88%.

The readiness of educational facilities is 3,049 or 93%, in healthcare 1,831 facilities have been prepared – 92%.

Also, 148 out of 164 social protection facilities, 1,794 cultural facilities out of 1,912, 248 sports facilities out of 272 are ready to launch the heat. The percentage figures are over 90%.

Readiness passports are issued for 12 thousand 107 apartment buildings, which is 67%.

Alexey Frolov in his speech recalled that obtaining passports for consumers of thermal energy – until September 1, 2024, obtaining passports for heat supply and heating grid organizations – until November 1, 2024, obtaining passports of readiness of municipalities – until November 15, 2024.

The heads of the executive committees of Zelenodolsk, Menzelinsky, Zainsky municipal districts and Naberezhnye Chelny also reported on the progress of preparations for the upcoming heating season

Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about ensuring quality control over the preparation of housing stock for the heating period of 2024/2025 and the safe operation of indoor gas equipment in apartment buildings.

Rustam Nigmatullin noted that special attention should be paid to the social sphere, primarily schools and kindergartens, as well as healthcare institutions. "It is necessary to strengthen control over the preparation of departmental social facilities, housing facilities after major repairs," he concluded.

He also recalled that heat supply organizations and utility service providers need to prepare engineering infrastructure facilities, as well as ensure control over the preparation of reserve fuel and household reserves.
