Ilshat Gimaev visited the House of Champions under construction in the Sportivnaya Station residential complex
The project has been implemented since 2022, now the developer is completing the construction of the "House of Champions" in the Sports Station residential complex. Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the inspection of the facility.
The house is being built at a high pace: 95% of the facade has been installed. Landscaping works will begin this autumn.
The House of Champions consists of five sections of variable number of storeys from 10 to 19 floors and is designed for 803 apartments, the total area of the house is 36.5 thousand square meters. m. The House of Champions is planned to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2025.
