Construction of a school for 1501 places has been completed in the residential complex "Vesna" in Kazan

Gosstroynadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of the design documentation for a new comprehensive school in the residential complex "Vesna" of the Sovetsky district of Kazan. This is the natural science Lyceum No. 95 "Ikan". 

The new school was built within the framework of the national project "Education", designed to create equal conditions for the children of our country to study.

Construction and installation work began in December last year. The building of the facility is three–storied. Its area is 27969.90 sq. m. meters. The educational institution is designed for 1501 places.

From the 1st to the 2nd floors in the southern part of the building there is a block of primary classes, isolated and impassable for students of other age groups, with two separate stairwells adapted for the first stage of education. There is an additional separate entrance, only for primary school students.

On the ground floor, classrooms, playrooms for extended-day groups, a speech therapist's office, a primary school teacher's room, recreation facilities and toilets for students, including for groups with limited mobility, are provided for the primary school block.

The sports block is located in the northeastern part of the building and consists of separate floor-by-floor gyms and two swimming pools. It has changing rooms adapted for MGN. Canopies are designed over all entrances.

There is a catering unit on the 1st floor in the northern part of the building. A distribution line, all necessary workshops, storage rooms, and staff rooms have been designed for the dining room with 756 seats.

The following technical rooms are located in the basement: ventilation chambers, a water measuring unit, a storage room for chemical reagents for disinfection of water in swimming pools, etc., a room for a temperature metering unit.
