Tatarstan became the winner of the First National Award in the field of creating a comfortable urban environment
Kaluga hosted a Forum of small towns and historical settlements – one of the key events for the formation of a comfortable urban environment. Within the framework of the forum, the winners of the I National Award in the field of creating a comfortable urban environment were awarded, where Tatarstan became the winner in the nomination "The best region for the implementation of yard improvement programs". The Republic was represented at the forum by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.
In addition, the republic became a laureate in the nomination "The best region for the implementation of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment".
The National award is held by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation within the framework of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment". This is the highest award that objectively evaluates the contribution of regions, the professional community and experts to the field of urban development. The laureates and winners in 18 award nominations are the best Russian practices, thanks to which cities become successful and truly comfortable to live in.
