Capital repairs of FAPs under the national project "Healthcare" have been completed in Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the healthcare industry has completed a program for the repair of paramedic and obstetric stations (FAPs) within the framework of the federal project "Modernization of primary care" of the national Healthcare project. This year, it includes 82 facilities.

This was announced at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

 

The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. The meeting was traditionally held via videoconference with all municipal districts.

In addition, there is a repair program for 25 polyclinics at the finish line. 4 objects are still in operation. The total performance of the work is 98%. Over the past two weeks, 3 facilities have been completed - one in the Mamadyshsky district and two in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The implementation of program measures for the overhaul of 31 medical hospitals is estimated at 84%. Contractors have commissioned one facility in Kazan, Buinsky and Kukmorsky districts over the past half a month.

In the field of education, one kindergarten remains in operation in the Mendeleevsky municipal district. The implementation rate for it today is 82%.

The situation in the cultural sector is as follows. Of the 5 children's art schools, only the Mamadysh facility remains in operation (94% completed).

Construction and installation works have reached 87% for 19 cultural facilities.

As for the youth policy sector, 49% of the repairs were carried out in 7 youth centers. Last week, one facility was commissioned in Kazan.

59% of the work on 9 children's health camps has been completed. During the reporting date, the contractors also completed one facility in Kazan.

The repair work of 6 teenage clubs is 81%. Over the past two weeks, contractors have handed over the facility in Nurlat.

The repair of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers is closed by 47% of the total volume.

In the field of Ecology, the implementation of two programs is nearing completion. The total completion of work on them has reached 95%. 5 objects remain in operation. Over the past 2 weeks, facilities in Zelenodolsk, Drozhzhanovsky and Nurlatsky districts have been completed.

In addition, a number of facilities remain in operation within the framework of the republican programs. The repair of social service organizations has been completed by 97% through the Ministry of Social Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan. Last week, one facility was commissioned in Nizhnekamsk district.

92% of the forestry buildings have been repaired.

 

Contractors have closed 82% of the planned volume for the facilities of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. The repair of the sports complex in Buinsk has been completed this week.

1% remained on the repair of buildings of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan before the completion of the program (2 objects remained in operation).

Further, Marat Aizatullin provided data on the program "Modernization of postal facilities" in the republic. The program has been implemented since 2022.

In 2022-2023, 47 post offices were renovated. The total investment volume of JSC "Russian Post" for these 2 years amounted to more than 250 million rubles.

This year, repairs are being carried out in 26 rural post offices in 15 municipalities, the volume of investments in them is more than 130 million rubles. Today, the percentage of work performed under this program is 75%. The completion date is the second half of October this year.

In addition, today the Tatarstan Post Office, together with the Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Construction, has carried out work on preparing a list of facilities for 2025. 35 post offices in 20 municipalities will be modernized and built.
