The landscaping of the first stage of the territory of Bolshoy Chaikovo Lake has been completed in Kazan

The landscaping of the first stage of the territory of Bolshoy Chaikovo Lake has been completed in Kazan. The public space has been updated thanks to the implementation of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".

Various small architectural forms are mounted in the public space: benches, urns, navigation elements. There are 22 surveillance cameras and sound alerts installed. In addition, work has been carried out on the installation of outdoor water supply, sanitation, and electricity supply.

On the renovated territory, a lawn was laid on an area of more than 6 thousand square meters.m. and 350 trees and about 1 thousand shrubs were planted.

In total, in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024, as part of the implementation of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", work is planned to equip 64 public spaces in the amount of 2.35 billion rubles. Including 2 facilities in the cities of Bavly and Kukmor are being improved following the results of the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements in the amount of 165.34 million rubles.

The total completion of work today is 98% - the improvement of 56 facilities has been completed.
