Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt celebrates its 90th anniversary

Today, SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt celebrates its 90th anniversary. Throughout its rich history, TIGP has been actively involved in the development of the Tatarstan construction complex. The company has become a forge of personnel for the industry — it was from here that honored builders and architects Irek Fayzullin, Adel Khusnutdinov, German Bakulin, Sergey Sanachin, Marat Kafiatullin, Ildus Asadullin, Gennady Pichuev and others came out.

The history of the enterprise is closely connected not only with the history of the formation and development of the Republic of Tatarstan, but also the whole country as a whole. Such objects as the Central Department Store, the House of Life, the Palace of Builders, the Palace of Chemists, the Exhibition Pavilion of the Art Fund on K.Marx Street, the Tatarstan Hotel, the Sports Palace, the Children's Department Store, the House of Political Education, the Akarlak restaurant, the Kazan Youth Center complex, the Kazan Circus have become real symbols of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the Institute's projects, residential areas "Gorki I" and "Gorki II" in Kazan were built up, and since 1970 — the southwestern part of Naberezhnye Chelny. The result not only solved the housing problem, but was also highly appreciated by the USSR State Construction Committee.

The Institute's fundamental experience in implementing socially significant facilities and government programs extends over a wide geography. In addition to Tatarstan, facilities designed by TIGP can be found in Moscow and the Moscow region, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar Territory, Izhevsk, North Ossetia, the Republic of Crimea, and in new regions of the Russian Federation. The projects of SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt have been implemented in more than 20 regions of Russia, 39 cost-effective projects of the enterprise have been included in the register of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.

Over the past decade alone, the company's employees have designed 165 commercial and social housing facilities, including the Salavat Kupere microdistrict for 50,000 residents and the residential area of Innopolis. 1,442 educational facilities, including multilingual schools "Adymnar", secondary schools and kindergartens. More than 200 healthcare facilities, among which the project of building a new infectious diseases hospital, completed in record time, stands out - it was built during the COVID-19 pandemic, nuclear medicine centers, emergency hospitals, polyclinics, perinatal centers and hospices. 110 sports facilities, including the Ak Bars Arena stadium for 45 thousand spectators, the Aquatics Palace, and the Uram Extreme Park, Europe's largest.

According to the company's projects, four stations of the first line of the Kazan metro were built. Currently, the Institute is developing a project for a section of the Second Line of the Kazan metro, including the stations "Julius Fuchik Street", "10th microdistrict", "100th anniversary of the TASSR", "Akademika Sakharova Street".

Preliminary documentation is also being worked out on the extension of the second line of the Kazan metro from the station "100th anniversary of the TASSR" to the station "Republican Clinical Hospital".

Another outstanding project is the Bashir Rameev High–Tech Technopark. The facility has become the main venue for the international multisport tournament in the concept of digital sports "Games of the Future 2024".

Currently, according to a unique project developed jointly with the Moscow bureau of Wowhaus, the Japanese bureau of Kengo Kuma & Associates, Werner Sobek AG from Germany and architect Herman Bakulin, the construction of a new building of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal has been completed in Kazan. In addition, SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt is the general designer of facilities dedicated to the BRICS summit in Kazan.
