A thematic day dedicated to housing and communal services was held in the Regional Public Reception. The webinar on topical issues in the field of housing and communal services was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.
Andrey Egorov, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development, and Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of Tatarstan, also spoke at the webinar.
Mazit Salikhov spoke about the development of investment programs in the field of heat supply.
"In 2024, 15 investment programs are being implemented in Tatarstan. In addition, we are actively working to solve the problems of deterioration and lack of infrastructure, which is especially important for a number of areas. Also, 35 water supply programs are being implemented in the republic with a total cost of 6 billion 426 million rubles. Thanks to the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, which has been in operation since 2008, we have managed to upgrade 11,863 houses," he said.
The head of the State Housing Inspectorate, Alexander Tygin, noted the readiness of the region for the heating season.
"At the moment, all 18,000 houses in the republic are prepared for winter. In some of them, about 70 facilities, repair work is in the final stage," he shared.
