48 republican programs will be implemented in Tatarstan in the field of construction and capital repairs

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of republican programs in the field of construction and capital repairs in 2025 at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The number of republican programs in the coming year is 48. The total financial limit is about 73 billion rubles. With these funds, it is planned to build, repair, modernize and improve about 3 thousand facilities.

So, according to the Our Yard program, this year the limit is traditionally 10 billion rubles. 679 house territories in 16 municipalities are planned for development.

The Ministry of Education will implement 4 major renovation programs, which include 198 facilities with a total limit of 4 billion 699 million rubles. It includes 3 dormitory buildings of professional educational organizations, 114 pre-school and secondary education facilities, 7 resource centers and 74 food stores.

Also, 4 programs, including 44 facilities, will be implemented through the Ministry of Youth Affairs with a total limit of 2 billion 200 million rubles. These are major repairs and the construction of 21 children's health camps, 10 youth centers, 4 youth clubs and 9 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has repairs and construction of 18 facilities for 125 million rubles. These are the major repairs of 5 buildings of veterinary associations, 5 buildings of the departments of agriculture and food, the building of the Rosselkhoznadzor in Kazan and the construction of 7 comprehensive service points.

The Ministry of Health has 3 programs that provide for the construction and repair of 89 facilities worth 3 billion 267 million rubles.

The Ministry of Sports has two programs for 1 billion 351 million rubles, which include 43 capital repair and construction facilities.

The Ministry of Culture has the repair and construction of 19 facilities for 650 million rubles.

The Ministry of Labor and Employment is repairing 31 stationary social service organizations with a total limit of 150 million rubles.

The Ministry of Justice is repairing 2 buildings of magistrates

with a total limit of 50 million rubles.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources is implementing measures to prevent the negative effects of water, protect the population and infrastructure during the spring flood in 21 facilities with a total limit of 300 million rubles.

The Ministry of Forestry is repairing 9 administrative buildings of forestry departments and forestry enterprises with a total limit of 70 million rubles.

The State Committee for Archival Affairs is repairing 2 premises of municipal archives with a total limit of 50 million rubles.

Council of Municipalities - construction and repair of 26 buildings of executive committees of settlements with a total limit of 200 million rubles.

The Rosgvardiya Department is repairing 7 subordinate buildings with a total limit of 100 million rubles.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan - construction and major repairs of 10 subordinate buildings of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan with a total limit of 500 million rubles.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan is overhauling 30 buildings with a total limit of 387 million rubles.

And the repair of 18 buildings of military commissariats with a total limit of 500 million rubles.

According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, these are 8 programs with a limit of 13.5 billion rubles for the construction and renovation of engineering infrastructure, land development for large families and the republican component for public spaces.
