It is planned to introduce at least 3.2 million square meters of housing in Tatarstan in 2025.
The minimum housing plan for 2025 is 3 million 260 thousand square meters. This was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Marat Aizatullin clarified that the plan for 2025 has been formed and approved for municipalities.
Of these, 1 million 416 thousand square meters will be commissioned through individual housing construction.
1 million 683 thousand square meters.m. will be commissioned in the segment of multi-apartment investment housing and 162 thousand square meters.m. under the social mortgage program. These are 142 houses in 29 districts of the republic.
As in the previous year, it is planned to implement 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens. In the coming year, 930 orphans, 24 large families with 5 or more children, 66 young families and 3 families from among internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims will receive housing.
