Guest access has been added to the Gosuslugi Dom application.
The Ministry of Construction of Russia, together with the Ministry of Finance of Russia, are systematically working on the development and implementation of a mobile platform for solving all housing and communal services issues in one window – the Gosuslugi Dom mobile application. The Information System Operator JSC is developing a digital solution based on GIS housing and communal services.
In early January, version 3.8.0 was released, in which apartment building owners can grant access to their real estate to people they trust in order to delegate to them the transfer of testimony, payment of bills, and sending applications to the management organization.
In the application, the ability to manage someone else's property occurs through the granting of guest access by the owner. This requires the guest's phone number linked to his account on Public Services, as well as an installed application on the phone of the owner and the guest. After the owner confirms the guest access, the guest receives a notification, and a new object with the designation "Guest Access" automatically appears in the application.
With guest access, you can transfer meter readings, pay for housing and communal services, write appeals to the management or resource supply organization, the State Housing Inspectorate and the application support service, order meter verification and view reports on major repairs. At the same time, guests will not be able to vote in general meetings of owners, be added to house chats, insure real estate. The owner can revoke guest access at any time, and the guest can opt out of the provided functionality.
In addition, the application is now available to owners of individual residential buildings, including houses with blocked buildings.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, the mobile application "Gosuslugi.Dom" is already used by more than 220 thousand residents.
To take advantage of the new features, you need to update the app to version 3.8.0 or download it from RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery. You can log in through a verified account on the Public Services portal. Real estate data, metering devices, and invoices are uploaded automatically.
