Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the plans for the construction of social and cultural facilities at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
Damir Shaidullin noted that auctions of 53 objects in healthcare were held at 13 paramedic and obstetric stations included in the republican program. Government contracts are planned to be concluded in early March.
In February, the auction should be held within the current year's limit allocated for the completion of the vascular center in the urban-type settlement of Bogatye Saby in the Sabinsky municipal district. Work on this facility is carried out within the framework of the state program "Integrated Rural Development".
It is also planned to hold auctions and conclude state contracts for the construction of 2 polyclinics and an admission and diagnostic department in Kazan in March. They are implemented within the framework of the national project "Long and active Life" and the republican program, respectively.
According to Damir Shaidullin, state contracts have been concluded for 36 facilities. At the moment, 14% of construction and installation work has been completed at paramedic and obstetric stations. The contractors entered 29 sites. In addition, the construction of a general practitioner's center in the village of Vishnevka in Kazan continues. Construction and installation work on it is 5%.
It should be recalled that the national project "Long and active life" is aimed at updating polyclinics, outpatient clinics, paramedic and obstetric centers, New approaches are used in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases: both non-communicable – oncological, cardiovascular, diabetes mellitus, and infectious - hepatitis C. A network of national research centers is developing, and work is underway to digitalize healthcare.
