Registration of the V All-Russian Management Competition "Leaders of the construction Industry" continues
On February 27, a press conference was held at the site of the TASS news agency to officially launch the registration of participants in the V All-Russian Management Competition "Leaders of the Construction Industry".
Among the goals of the competition are to support the leaders of organizations and enterprises in the construction and housing and communal services industries, and to increase the prestige of these industries in Russian society through a public demonstration of the contestants' professional achievements.
The competition is held in 4 stages.
At the first, remote, stage, which will take place from February 27 to June 1, participants register on the official website of the competition and fill out questionnaires.
At the second stage, also remotely (from May 15 to June 15), participants will undergo online testing of managerial potential, leadership abilities, professional competencies, etc.
During the third, remote semi-final (from June 20 to July 15), educational programs from leading ministries and departments were organized for the contestants. Here, participants demonstrate their professional skills in the format of socio-economic games.
The full-time final will be held on the eve of the Builder's Day from August 7 to August 10 in Yaroslavl. The contestants, as part of the project offices, will take part in industry business games and present their projects developed during the semi-finals.
The finalists and winners of the competition will be included in the personnel reserve of the construction industry, and the winners' projects will be included in the industry development strategy.

The Construction Industry Leaders competition has been implemented since 2021. And each time the number of participants increases. And if in 2021 the total number of registered participants was 9,765 people, then in 2024 18,438 participants were already registered.
