Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to the Zainsky, Aznakaevsky and Sarmanovsky districts of Tatarstan. During the meeting with the leadership of the districts, problematic issues of housing and communal services and the implementation of programs for the modernization of communal infrastructure were discussed.
D.Shaidullin noted that Tatarstan pays special attention to the renovation of engineering networks. In 2025, the implementation of 8 federal and republican programs continues, including the launch of a new republican program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, initiated by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
"In total, 135 facilities will be upgraded this year, 99 of them under the new republican program. 36 facilities in Naberezhnye Chelny, Bugulma, Zelenodolsk, Chistopolsky, Lennogorsk and Almetyevsk districts are included in the federal program "Modernization of communal infrastructure", which is part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," D.Shaidullin said.
Major projects include the reconstruction of water supply networks in Nurlat, Nurlat municipal district, the modernization of the heat supply system in the village of Jalil, Sarmanovsky municipal district, and the construction of a water pipeline from Kazan to the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky municipal district.
More than 11 billion rubles have been allocated for the modernization of municipal infrastructure facilities in Tatarstan, including over 3 billion rubles under the national Infrastructure for Life project.
