The most extensive overhaul work is planned in the field of education – 213 facilities will be updated

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of republican and federal programs for the repair of hydraulic structures, apartment buildings and socio-cultural facilities at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan today.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

Traditionally, the field of education is one of the most ambitious – this year the number of repaired facilities included in it is 213. In terms of the volume of construction and installation work performed, the situation is as follows. Repairs of educational institutions have been completed by 15%. The renovation of functional areas in schools is nearing completion – contractors report on 86% of the completion. Three facilities located in three districts have been completed over the past two weeks.

Work on the repair of food stores has begun. Today, contractors are working at 5 sites. It is planned to start work on the remaining 69 facilities in early June.

Of the 11 kindergartens that need to be repaired this year, work is underway on 9. 13% of the total volume has been completed. Work on the remaining two facilities will begin at the end of April.

Work is actively underway to repair 7 resource centers. It is planned to start work on another facility in Zainsk by the end of April. The overall performance is estimated at 18%.

The dorm renovation is 9% completed: work is underway at three sites. According to the latter (in the Kukmorsky district), work will begin on April 14.

In healthcare, 226 facilities are included in the overhaul programs. Of these, 117 are paramedic and obstetric stations: 68 facilities are in operation for contractors. It is planned to start work on the remaining 40 facilities in mid-April. The total program completion is 34%. This week, work has been completed on 9 facilities in 4 municipalities.

The new republican program provides for the repair of 56 points of distribution of baby milk food. The contractors have commissioned 38 such facilities. To date, they have completed 14% of the planned volume. It is planned to start work on the remaining 18 facilities by the end of April.

Of the 19 hospitals scheduled for major repairs this year, 15 have begun repairs. While the work is at the start, the completion rate is 9%. The contractors also plan to start work on the remaining 4 facilities by the end of April.

Due to the good dynamics observed over the past two weeks, the completion of construction and installation work on the repair of district hospitals and outpatient clinics has reached 16%. 16 facilities are being repaired. Work on the last facility in the Sabinsky district will begin in mid-April. And 13% of the work has been completed in 14 polyclinics. For the remaining three, work will begin before the end of April.

In the field of Culture, 27 facilities are included in the republican and federal programs. Most of them are rural Cultural Centers. The overall performance is estimated at 28%. For industry-specific educational institutions, 37% of the total amount of work was closed by contractors. As for the rest of the facilities in the field, contractors have visited three of them. Work on two more will begin before the end of April.

There are 34 facilities in the field of youth policy. According to the children's health camps repair program, the completion rate is 17% - 10 facilities are in the active repair phase. The remaining two are scheduled to be completed by the end of April. This week, work was completed in the building of the Dubravushka camp food hall in the Yutazinsky district.

The contractors are working on all 4 teen clubs, which are scheduled for renovation this year. As of today, there is a 15% completion rate.

The republican program of capital repairs of psychological and pedagogical Assistance Centers includes 9 facilities. Work is underway on 7 of them. Two more will start before the end of April. 18% of the total volume has been completed here. And for 7 youth centers, the total implementation of program activities is 19%. It is planned to start work on the last facility in the Drozhzhanovsky district by the end of April.

80 facilities under repair are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection. The repair program for social service institutions has been completed by 25%. There are 17 facilities in the active repair phase. For the remaining 13, work will begin after the end of the heating season. The facility in Kazan has been completed this week.

The work on the repair of employment centers has been launched. Current completion is 2%. The renovation of 19 facilities has begun. The remaining 30 contractors will start in mid–April.

In the field of ecology, the situation is as follows. Repairs of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds and cleaning of lakes will be carried out at 22 sites. Four of them – in the Kaibitsky, Buinsky and Yelabuga municipal districts – were commissioned this week. Another 10 are in the work of contractors.For the remaining 8, work will begin by the end of April. Overall, the program activities were completed by 46%.

Of the 9 buildings of the forestry departments, overhaul work is underway on 8. The last facility in the Cheremshansky district will begin in mid-April. Overall completion is 37%. The equator was completed for the repair of 11 buildings under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture. During the reporting period, an object was commissioned in the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district. 13 facilities are being repaired through the Ministry of Sports. For the remaining 7, work will begin in mid–April. The work completion rate is 16%. The repair of fire stations is estimated at 23%. Work is underway on 4 sites. Work on the last facility in the Pestrechinsky district will begin on April 7.

Over the past two weeks, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has completed repairs to three facilities in Kazan, Baltasinsky and Yelabuga districts. Currently, 11 facilities are being renovated. For the remaining 14, work will begin in the first half of April. Overall completion is 36%. 

The repair of executive committees is estimated at 61%. This figure was achieved, among other things, due to the commissioning of the facility in the Zainsky district. 19% - repair of military commissariats. Of the 18 buildings, 11 are currently under renovation. Work on the remaining 7 facilities will begin in late April or early May. The same percentage is available for the repair of two municipal archives. The repair of two buildings of magistrates reached 25%. The repair program for buildings under the jurisdiction of Rosgvardiya has been completed by 6%. The contractors entered three facilities. For the remaining 4, work will begin in May.
