Marat Aizatullin: 44 employment centers have been renovated in Tatarstan under the national project "Cadres"
Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
As Marat Aizatullin noted, in terms of the number of institutions under repair, one of the largest is the sphere of employment and social protection – 80 facilities. "The program of overhaul of social service institutions has been completed by 35%. Of the 31 facilities, contractors are working on 24. As soon as the heating season ends, contractors will hire the remaining 6 institutions," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the new federal program "Labor Market Management", which is part of the national project "Personnel", 49 employment centers are planned to be renovated in Tatarstan. "The program covers all municipalities of the republic. Work has already begun in 44 facilities. The renovation of 5 more employment centers is scheduled to start next week. So far, the current implementation is estimated at 8%," said Marat Aizatullin.
Over 833 million rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of 49 employment centers, of which 175 million rubles are funds from the republican budget of Tatarstan.
It should be recalled that the national Cadres project is aimed at training personnel to meet the needs of employers through the coordinated work of educational institutions, companies and the state. The comprehensive modernization project will make it possible to update the entire network of employment service institutions in the country by 2029 – new recruitment centers "Work of Russia" will be opened.
