Major repairs have been completed in 12 apartment buildings in Tatarstan
The overhaul of apartment buildings this year affects 42 municipalities. The program includes 911 houses. Of these, 16 have special accounts that form the capital repair fund themselves.
"Under the apartment building renovation program, the amount of financing is 11 billion 266 million rubles. Work continues on the organization of electronic auctions. The Housing and Communal Services Fund has identified contractors for 562 apartment buildings, including 134 for the replacement of elevator equipment, and 428 for construction and installation work," said Marat Aizatullin.
At the moment, major repairs are being carried out in 324 houses located in 26 municipalities of the republic. The total program completion is 15%. The rest of the houses are scheduled to arrive in May.
Over the past 2 weeks, work has been completed in 12 apartment buildings in 4 municipal districts.
