In 2025, the modernization of municipal infrastructure in Tatarstan is carried out under two programs. In particular, this year, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, launched a new program. It includes 100 facilities, among the major ones - the reconstruction of water supply networks in Nurlat, Nurlat municipal district, the modernization of the heat supply system in the village of Jalil, Sarmanovsky municipal district, and the construction of a water pipeline from Kazan to the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky municipal district. State contracts have been concluded for 60 of them, and the rest will be concluded by the end of May.
Tatarstan is also implementing the federal program "Modernization of municipal infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". The list includes 36 sites, including 29 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 3 in Almetyevsk district, one each in Bugulminsky, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk and Chistopolsky municipal districts. The contracts for them have been concluded.
"Work has already begun on 18 sites. The total completion reached 6%," said Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Architecture, Construction and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. - Builders in Naberezhnye Chelny are showing good pace. In particular, the overhaul of household sewage networks on Yashlek Avenue was completed by 43%, in the village of Sidorovka - by 23%, the construction of water supply networks along Shosseynaya Street – by 27%, the overhaul of city engineering networks – by 25%, the overhaul of the gravity collector of household sewerage along Mira Avenue – by 12%. In the village of Vasilyevo, Zelenodolsk district, the reconstruction of water supply networks has been completed by 20%."
More than 11 billion rubles have been allocated for the modernization of municipal infrastructure facilities in Tatarstan, of which over 3 billion rubles are under the national Infrastructure for Life project.
It should be recalled that the national project "Infrastructure for Life" is aimed at the integrated development of settlements, including the creation and renovation of all related social and communal infrastructure.
