In Tatarstan, the program of renovation of apartment buildings has been completed by 19%

This was announced last Saturday by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan.

The apartment building overhaul program affects 42 municipalities this year. It includes 911 houses, of which 16 have special accounts, where the owners themselves form a capital repair fund. Work continues on the organization of electronic auctions. The Housing and Communal Services Fund has identified contractors for 708 apartment buildings, including 134 for the replacement of elevator equipment and 574 for construction and installation work.

At the moment, 387 houses located in 27 municipalities of the republic are being renovated. The total program completion is 19%. The rest of the houses are scheduled to start in mid-May. Over the past 2 weeks, work has been completed in 9 apartment buildings in 5 municipalities.
