The repair of 49 employment centers in Tatarstan under the national project "Cadres" has been completed by 37%

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of major repair programs for social infrastructure facilities is in an active phase. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

In particular, the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said that 80 facilities of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan are being repaired under two programs.

"The republican program for the repair of social service institutions includes 31 facilities. Only one in the Menzelinsky district remains unfinished, and it is planned to start work in early June. In two weeks, 7 facilities were commissioned at once: one each in Leninogorsk, Cheremshansky, Arsky, Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky districts and two in Yelabuga. In general, the program activities have been completed by 71%," said Marat Aizatullin.

In addition, the new federal program "Labor Market Management" of the national project "Cadres", launched in 2025, provides for the overhaul of 49 employment centers in each municipality of Tatarstan. The implementation plan has reached 37%.

In total, over 833 million rubles were allocated for the repair of 49 employment centers in 45 municipalities of Tatarstan, including 175 million rubles from the republican budget.

Recall that one of the objectives of the national project "Cadres" is to train personnel to meet the needs of employers, thanks to the coordinated work of educational institutions, companies and the state. The comprehensive modernization project will make it possible to update the entire network of employment service institutions in the country by 2029 – new recruitment centers "Work of Russia" will be opened. In them, enterprises will be able to receive targeted support, and applicants will be helped to choose a sought-after specialty, update professional knowledge and restore skills.
