The sixth week of the All-Russian online voting on the selection of public spaces and courtyards for landscaping in 2026 is coming to an end.

Since the start on April 21, 329,052 Tatarstan citizens have participated in the voting, which is 82.25% of the plan. Residents of Alkeevsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Tyulyachinsky and Tetyushsky districts are recognized as the most active. A smaller percentage voted in Kazan, Aktanyshsky, Tukayevsky and Bugulminsky districts.

The list of public spaces proposed for voting includes 283 facilities and 812 courtyards. The winning facilities will be updated under the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and the republican program "Our Yard".

As previously noted by Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the involvement of residents in public discussions when choosing territories and designing has been successfully used in Tatarstan since 2015.

In total, from 2015 to 2024, 422 public spaces were renovated in Tatarstan for a total amount of 26 billion rubles. In 2025, as part of the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", it is planned to equip 63 facilities worth about 2 billion rubles.

In addition, in 2020, at the initiative of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, a unique program "Our Yard" was launched in the republic. Over the past 5 years, 5,174 house territories have been landscaped in the amount of 44 billion rubles. This year, the program includes 678 courtyards with a funding limit of 10 billion rubles.

Online voting on the definition of priority projects in 2026 is conducted on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan through the service "Surveys of residents" and in the mobile application "Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" and will last until June 12.
