The results of the regional stage of the "Best Welder" professional skills competition have been summed up
The regional stage in the nomination "Best Welder" in the organizations of the Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan as part of the National Competition of Professional Skills "Stroymaster". The event was held with the participation of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Stroymaster competition has been held since 2010 with the support of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, organized by the National Association of Builders. Traditionally, the competitions are held in four categories: "Best bricklayer", "Best plasterer", "Best installer of frame and cladding structures" and "Best Welder".
On May 29, welders, the best masters of their craft from companies in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk, Mendeleevsk and Leninogorsk, showed their professional skills. The contestants had to perform welding in two ways - manual arc welding and mechanized welding in accordance with the task and process maps.
Welding is a dangerous activity associated with the possibility of injury. Therefore, the participants initially received an introductory briefing, as well as briefings on occupational safety and fire safety.
The competition committee worked according to the unified evaluation criteria developed by the National Association of Builders.
The award ceremony took place on June 2. Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the participation of welders in International Construction Championships. He expressed confidence in the demand for highly qualified specialists in the construction market.
As a result of intense competition, Rafael Valiev from Tatburneft LLC, Almetyevsk, won the title of the best welder of the Commonwealth of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan. He received a certificate for 50 thousand rubles. The 2nd place was awarded to Nikita Fedorov from the Tatspetsneftekhimremstroy Trust, Nizhnekamsk, he was awarded a certificate for 30 thousand rubles. Dmitry Zaplatkin from JSC "Ammonium", Mendeleevsk became the third (a certificate for 20 thousand rubles).
In addition, all participants of the competition received diplomas and prizes from the Commonwealth of Builders of Tatarstan.
