The implementation of major renovation programs for social and cultural facilities was discussed last Friday at a meeting at the Government House of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting.
The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the current situation. He noted that youth policy facilities are being actively repaired in Tatarstan – more than 1 billion 401 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
"The five republican and federal programs include 34 facilities, in particular, 13 children's health camps located in 11 municipalities. Of these, 4 facilities have been commissioned in the Yutazinsky, Zelenodolsk, Tetyushsky and Alekseevsky districts," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition, the renovation of the youth club building in the Aznakaevsky district has been completed, and three more clubs remain in operation in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga. The implementation rate of program activities is 62%.
9 psychological and pedagogical assistance centers have been repaired, including 6 in Kazan, and 1 facility in Chistopol, Zelenodolsk and Sarmanovsky districts has been completed by 61%.
Marat Aizatullin also said that over 445 million 579 thousand rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of 8 youth centers. Work on 7 sites in Vysokogorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Zelenodolsk, Kukmorsky, Mendeleevsky municipal districts, Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is carried out according to the republican program. The youth center "DC Khimikov" in Kazan is included in the national project "Youth and children". This facility is a transitional one, and work began there in 2024. In general, according to M.Aizatullin, builders adhere to the established schedule. At the moment, the total repair of youth centers has reached 59%, the dynamics is 7%.
