The implementation of major renovation programs in the socio-cultural sphere was discussed last Friday at a meeting at the Government House of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting.
Damir Shaidullin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the implementation of the measures.
He noted that major repairs of cultural institutions are in full swing in Tatarstan.
"There are fewer and fewer facilities that have not been commissioned by contractors. According to four republican and federal programs, 27 facilities are being repaired for a total amount of 979 million 639 thousand rubles. Most of them – 19 - are rural houses of culture. The total completion is 83%, 3 facilities have been commissioned in Buinsky, Kaibitsky and Sabinsky districts, the dynamics exceeded 11.8%," Damir Shaidullin said.
223 million 828 thousand rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of three children's art schools. Including in the village of Usady, Vysokogorsky district, with a budget of 75 million 297 thousand rubles, it is included in the federal program "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure" of the national Family project. The buildings were repaired by 78%, the dynamics was 6.3%.
For five other industry institutions, the completion rate is estimated at 31%. Thus, according to the national project "Family", 4 facilities are being renovated: two libraries in Mamadysh and Kazan, a young spectator theater in the village of Vakhitovo, Kukmor district, and the office building of the Komarov Brothers factory in Kukmor. In addition, the cultural heritage site "Boratynsky Manor" in Kazan was included in the state program "Development of Culture".
Recall that one of the directions of the national project "Family" is to combine measures to develop cultural infrastructure and promote family values.
