Preparations for the upcoming heating season were discussed at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan

A meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparations for the upcoming heating season was held at the Government House today. Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced operational data on preparations for the heating period of 2025-2026.

Thus, according to the data entered by municipal districts into the Housing Stock Monitoring system, 1,616 boiler houses have been prepared to date, which is 53%.

The readiness of educational facilities is 57% - 1,811 facilities have been prepared. In the Kukmor district, this work has been completed completely.

1,089 healthcare facilities out of 1,886 have been prepared. In the Zainsky, Kukmorsky and Mendeleevsky districts, all health facilities are ready for the upcoming season.

In addition, the readiness of cultural facilities is 56%, social protection – 48% and sports – 53%.

Regarding the presentation of passports of readiness for the heating period, 1,685 houses out of 18,078 houses currently have readiness passports, which is 9%. "In 24 municipalities, not a single apartment building has received a readiness certificate," Damir Shaidullin noted.

Rustam Nigmatullin recalled the need to obtain readiness passports by September 15. "Special attention should be paid to the social sphere, primarily schools and kindergartens, as well as healthcare institutions. It is necessary to strengthen control over the preparation of departmental social facilities and housing facilities after major repairs," he concluded.

Azat Mubarakshin, Head of the Volga Region Department of Rostechnadzor, Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, and heads of the executive committees of Kazan, Bugulminsky and Nizhnekamsk districts also made presentations at the meeting.
