Major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan have been completed by 55%
42 municipalities of Tatarstan participate in the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. This was announced last Saturday by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Major repairs are planned in 911 apartment buildings.
Of these, 16 have special accounts for the formation of the capital repair fund by the owners.
Of the 895 houses forming the capital repair fund on the account of the regional operator, 8 have not been traded. The total completion is currently estimated at 55%.
The number of MKDS has increased significantly, where all the planned work has been completed over the past two weeks. So, during the specified period, 35 houses located in 12 municipalities and two urban districts were repaired. In total, work has been completed in 132 houses.
