Representatives of the Federal personnel Reserve visited the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of an internship on the Infrastructure for Life project initiative
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a reception for representatives of the federal personnel reserve. The internship in Tatarstan runs from July 21 to July 25 and is organized as part of the educational program for the development of the personnel reserve in the state civil service of the Russian Federation.
As Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services, noted at the beginning of the meeting, the regional internship is dedicated to working on a project initiative in the field of Infrastructure for Life. He introduced the participants of the educational program to the general economic indicators in the construction and housing and communal services industries.
"The share of the construction complex in the gross regional product of the republic is 7%. In the first half of the year, the volume of construction work reached more than 243 billion rubles. The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 69% - out of 3,260,000 square meters. 2,244,310 square meters have been built. In this area, Tatarstan is the leader in the Volga Federal District and ranks fourth in the Russian Federation," the deputy minister said.
As for the housing and communal services sector, it is planned to implement works for 67.3 billion rubles this year, which is 5 billion more than the previous year.
Ilnur Nurmukhametov paid special attention to such an urgent area of activity in housing and communal services as the modernization of communal infrastructure. "Utility networks are characterized by high wear and tear. And to solve this problem, the federal program "Modernization of municipal Infrastructure", which has become part of the new national project "Infrastructure for Life", contributes in many ways. This year, 36 facilities will be replaced under it – 3 billion 200 million rubles are provided for these purposes, 1.5 billion of them from the republican budget," said the Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Deputy Minister also informed the audience that this year, on the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the republican program "Modernization of housing and communal services" was launched, which includes 100 structures. 8.5 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes. Thus, a total of 136 facilities will be upgraded in 45 municipalities of Tatarstan for a total amount of 11 billion 700 million rubles. In total, it is planned to overhaul 25 water towers, 15 sewage pumping stations, two biological treatment plants and 7 boiler houses.
After the meeting at the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the participants of the regional internship visited the embankment of Lake Kaban, where they got acquainted with the landscaping near the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar Theater.
