The annual housing construction plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 71%
As part of the implementation of housing construction programs, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 71%. Developers have commissioned 2 million 329 thousand square meters. This was reported last Saturday by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
For commercial housing, the plan has been completed by 32%. 66 houses with a total area of more than 540 thousand square meters are ready.
The social mortgage program has been completed by 61%. 11 houses out of 35 planned with a total area of 99 thousand square meters have been commissioned.
The most impressive indicators are in the segment of individual housing. 12,514 houses with a total area of 1 million 689 thousand square meters were commissioned, the annual plan was fulfilled by 119%.
As for the implementation of housing programs for certain categories of citizens, the indicators are as follows: three government contracts have been signed for 204 residential premises intended for orphaned children.
In the category of young families, 40 recipients used subsidy funds. A total of 66 representatives of this category are expected to receive new housing this year. Accordingly, 26 recipients are at the stage of apartment selection.
In the category of large families with five or more children, all 27 certificates of this year were issued for a total area of 2,356 square meters.
