According to the national project in Chistopol, the reconstruction of the water supply networks along Engels Street has been completed.
Reconstruction of 3,537 km long water supply networks along Engels Street has been completed in Chistopol. The facility was included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with financing of 191.469 million rubles.
The construction and installation work was completed on time.
As previously reported in the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", the water supply was often turned off on the water supply networks along Engels Street due to high deterioration.
During the work, wear-resistant polyethylene pipes were installed. Reconstruction will significantly reduce the number of emergency situations.
82 apartment buildings, 7 kindergartens, 2 schools, city hospital No. 2 and the industrial site of the Chistopol Watch Factory will be switched to the updated networks. As a result, 11952 people will be provided with uninterrupted water supply.
Recall that this year, 36 facilities are being upgraded in Tatarstan under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" for a total amount of 3 billion 200 million rubles, including 1.5 billion rubles from the republican budget co-financing. In addition, the republican program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, launched on the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, includes 100 facilities with a financing volume of 8.5 billion rubles. Currently, the reconstruction of 97 facilities is underway - 82% of their activities have been completed.
