This year, according to the republican program, 269 km of engineering networks will be replaced in Tatarstan.

The first Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Shaidullin, inspected the modernization of housing and communal services facilities in the Aznakaevsky and Sarmanovsky districts included in the republican program. The visiting meetings were attended by the heads of municipalities, subordinate structures and contracting organizations.

According to Damir Shaidullin, in 2025 the republic is implementing 8 programs to upgrade the municipal infrastructure.

"Among them is a new large-scale reconstruction program for 100 facilities, initiated by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.  As a result, 269 km of utility networks will be replaced. About 8 billion 526 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes," D. Shaidullin said.

So, in the Aznakaevsky district, the program includes 2 facilities located in the city of Aznakaevo: reconstruction of the central boiler house and modernization of heating networks and hot water supply – from the central boiler house on Gagarin Street to house No. 5 on Shaykhutdinov Street with a total financing of 705 million 455 thousand rubles. At the moment, construction and installation work has been completed by an average of 63%.

As part of the program, the heat supply system is being modernized in the Sarman district with the construction of 4 block-modular boiler houses in the village of Jalil. The financing amounts to over 636 million rubles. The progress of the work is estimated at 87%.

The First Deputy Minister recalled that 36 facilities will also be renovated this year under the national Infrastructure for Life project. In total, more than 11 billion rubles have been allocated for the modernization of municipal infrastructure in Tatarstan, including over 3 billion rubles under the national project.
