Programs for the construction and modernization of engineering infrastructure are being completed in Tatarstan

Tatarstan has reached the end of the program for the construction and modernization of engineering infrastructure. The obligations have been fully fulfilled under six programs. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

According to the first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, a program has been implemented to restore street lighting in populated areas, under which 138 facilities were commissioned in 11 districts of the Republic during the reporting period. The program of reconstruction and construction of gas distribution and consumption networks has been completed.

"The pace of implementation of other network modernization programs is also quite high. In particular, the implementation of the drinking water supply program has reached 92% of the planned volume. 71 of the 88 facilities have been completed. This percentage is also recorded under the program for the modernization of sewage treatment plants and the overhaul of sewage networks, where over the past half a month, contractors have commissioned two facilities in the cities of Buinsk and Bolgar," D. Shaidullin said.

For four objects of the state program "Integrated Rural Development", this indicator is 93%. Over the past two weeks, the construction of water supply networks in the Sabinsky district has been completed.

According to Damir Shaidullin, the measures to modernize the municipal infrastructure, which are carried out within the framework of the republican and federal programs, have been completed by 90%. In total, they include 136 facilities, including 36 in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for life". More than 11 billion 685 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes, of which more than 3 billion 159 million are within the framework of national projects.  At the moment, work has been completed on 81 sites.
