The annual plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has reached 87%
2 million 848 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which indicates the fulfillment of the annual plan by 87%. Such data was provided last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic Damir Shaidullin. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
Annual obligations under the social mortgage program have reached 78%. Of the 35 houses provided for in the plan, 16 with a total area of 125,000 square meters are ready: 5 houses in Naberezhnye Chelny, 6 in Kazan, 2 houses each in Vysokogorsky and Bugulminsky districts.
The plan for commercial multi-storey construction has been completed by 36% - 75 houses with a total area of 607 thousand square meters have been commissioned.
As for individual housing construction, 15,670 houses with a total area of 2 million 115 thousand square meters have been commissioned. Here, the completion rate is 149%.
