In Tatarstan, the average readiness of facilities for the heating season is 96%

The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the republican headquarters for preparations for the heating period in 2025-2026. It was attended by representatives of ministries, departments and public utilities.

Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, who held the headquarters meeting, provided operational information on the preparation of housing and communal services and social facilities for the heating season.

Thus, according to the latest data from the monitoring system, the readiness of facilities in Tatarstan has reached 96% on average.

Social protection and healthcare facilities are fully ready.

Of the 3069 boiler houses, work continues on 30: in Arsky – 19, Sarmanovsky – 4, 2 each in Pestrechinsky, Cheremshansky, Verkhneuslonsky districts and 1 in Yelabuga.

3161 objects out of 3165 have been prepared in the field of education. A kindergarten and 3 schools are in operation in the Nurlatsky, Nizhnekamsk and Zelenodolsk districts.

For youth facilities, the completion rate is 97%. Of the 129 facilities, 3 have not been completed – in the Arsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.

Of the 288 sports facilities, 4 remain in operation – in Tetyushsky and Zelenodolsk districts.

Overall, 99% of cultural facilities have been completed, and work has not been completed on 4 sites in Nizhnekamsk and Zelenodolsk districts.

In the housing stock, readiness certificates were issued for 17,105 apartment buildings out of 18,090 (94%). Work continues in 28 municipalities. At the same time, in Kamsko-Ustinsky, Chistopolsky, Tetyushsky, Novosheshminsky, Pestrechinsky, Aksubayevsky, Laishevsky, Agryzsky districts and Kazan, the MCD preparation rate is lower than the republican one.

Mazit Salikhov recommended that the heads of municipalities take personal control of the work on preparing for the heating period.
