In Tatarstan, the annual housing commissioning plan has been completed by 88%, which is 2 million 857 thousand square meters. This was announced last Saturday at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Acting Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with videoconference connection in all districts of thе Tatarstan.
According to the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the minimum percentage of completion is fixed for commercial construction: 37%, or 76 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 616 thousand square meters.
According to the social mortgage program, 16 out of 35 houses with a total area of 125 thousand square meters are ready. The implementation of the annual plan is estimated at 77%.
Individual housing construction is traditionally proceeding at the fastest pace - 15,670 houses with a total area of 2 million 115 thousand square meters have been commissioned.
