The delegation of the Chinese company CIMC visited the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation of the Chinese company China International Marine Containers – CIMC.
Prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed at the meeting with the participation of the ministry's leadership. CIMC is the world's leading truck manufacturer. In addition, the company is actively engaged in other areas, including in the construction industry, in the production of special vehicles, as well as in the fields of energy, oil production, production of complex technological equipment and others.
Of particular interest to Tatarstan may be CIMC's area of modular construction of the hotel business, housing, schools, hospitals, information centers, as well as commercial real estate.
According to the presentation, the Chinese company uses innovative materials, new technologies and solutions in construction. CIMC's facilities allow for the production of 11,400 wireframes and 2,500 ready-made modules per month.
CIMC uses construction and financial opportunities to integrate industry and the city with a focus on strategically developing industries in two main areas of activity: investment and development of industrial parks.
